A case study from our Telecom Digitalization special

Challenge

A Telecom multinational decided to embrace big data, AI and digitalization. One of their first objectives was to maximize the profit of the international sales team - an initiative which, if successful, would impact Operations, Revenue steam and of course the overall profitability.

Our Solution

Through a 360-degree data review, our team identified a list of actions that would impact the profits of the sales team. In turn, each action required some models to be built (AI), reporting to be set up and also some measures (KPIs) and dashboards to track progress. 

Key results

We enabled decision makers to build scenarios and drive meaningful actions, informed by big data and tracked in real time. One of the actions tracked alone (see below) brought an over 17% of revenue increase and a 12% increase in profits (vs. previous 12 months).
