ChallengeAn e-commerce company running a subscription-based business faced the issue of having too many cancellations. Kalinax was commissioned to examine available data and help understand why customers were unsubscribing from the product and also build a model which helps the business reduce the number of cancellations.

Our SolutionKalinax examined 5 years of history of subscriptions and cancellations and then built models which identified those customers that are at higher risk of cancellation. The business could examine the risk of churn per location or product type, as well as over time. The models also provided insight on which key factors had most influence on cancellations.
